You must be: - At least 18 years of age - Legally capable of entering into binding contracts - Located in New Zealand or seeking NZ medical services By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to: - Provide accurate and truthful information - Use the service for legitimate purposes only - Maintain confidentiality of any account credentials - Not misuse, abuse, or interfere with the service - Comply with all applicable New Zealand laws - Not impersonate others or provide false information - Not use the service for any unlawful purpose

Information on our platform is for general educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

All content on ClinicCompare NZ, including: - Text, graphics, logos, images - Software and code - Design and layout is owned by ClinicCompare NZ or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Medical providers listed on our platform are independent third parties. We: - Do not employ or control these providers - Are not responsible for their services or actions - Do not guarantee their availability or qualifications - Recommend verifying credentials independently Agreements for medical services are between you and the provider directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, ClinicCompare NZ is not liable for: - Medical treatment outcomes or complications - Actions, errors, or negligence of medical providers - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities - Service interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClinicCompare NZ, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: - Your use of our services - Your violation of these terms - Your violation of any third-party rights - Medical procedures you undergo

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

In the event of a dispute: 1. Contact us first to attempt resolution 2. If unresolved, consider mediation 3. As a last resort, proceed to New Zealand courts This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

We reserve the right to: - Suspend or terminate your access at any time - Remove content that violates these terms - Modify or discontinue services You may stop using our services at any time.
