Rio and the Dr Radiologist were so kind, and compassionate. If having mammograms terrifies you like it did me from previous experience years ago, go to this clinic, they ask you questions and explain your care just 'for you'. I was referred for an urgent mammogram and ultrasound and was so relieved when they fit me in the next day. The staff were all so friendly and kind, understanding how worried I was. The best thing was getting my results there and then rather than having to wait a couple of weeks, as is usually the case.
Bitterly disappointed by the lack of compassion and empathy from the Clinical Administrator, Maria. My wife tried to book an urgent appointment and was given one time only for the next day. My wife couldn’t attend then so she was told she couldn’t have any other opinions. My wife was very upset by the abrupt handling and being told there were no other dates available. My wife did go back for the double tests and she was very pleased with the professional and considerate way that she was treated. She was very concerned about Mammogram, but Elaine was very gentle doing it. She would highly recommend this clinic to other ladies with similar concerns.
