Dr Kerri Mooney - Merivale Plastic Surgery

I recently had a wide-excision biopsy performed by Kerri and her team and I can't speak highly enough of their warmth and professionalism. The entire process was a breeze from start to finish, aided by an incredibly efficient PA, and an amazing nurse who was so understanding about my fear of needles! I knew I was in the best of hands with Kerri, as she messaged me as soon as the results came through, and was so confident and reassuring throughout the procedure. She's also done a great job with the stitching, as the scar is hardly noticeable. Would 100% recommend this fbulous team of women.

I would love to have been able to have booked an appointment with Kerry, but the PA was really unorganised and I had to keep chasing her for an appointment. When I said to her hey this is getting a bit silly, she told me she had to VET me first. I asked what more she needed. She said something about building a relationship with her first. Then she proceeded to tell me that if this my attitude now I wasn’t the right fit. I have never ever been treated so poorly.

Amazing service, professional approach, thorough and brilliant follow up. I can totally recommend Kerri and her team.

Having a procedure done was incredibly daunting because I was going into the unknown. Not only did Kerri do an incredible job, but her and her team are caring and did their best to make me feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Very grateful!
