I had the pleasure of having Michelle Bailey & her team, over a span of a few years. I know over those years she saw a massive change in me, being more confident, brave & less stressed. She learnt how I worked (anxiety & panic attacks) what I needed & was kind, reassuring, respectful & professional throughout any interaction we had. Most memorable was at my son's embryo transfer. I cannot recommend Michelle enough. IVF is rough going, emotionally, physically & mentally, but get a Doctor you gell with & its so much easier to go through. 12yrs of secondary infertility, relationship break up & donor sperm - I now have a magnificent 5year old boy, and I will be forver grateful to IVF, Science, Michelle Bailey & FAC. ❤️

We have been dealing with Michelle Bailey for the past 7 years and we have finally carried into a successful pregnancy. I have been so grateful to have such a kind, gentle, patient and maternal energy taking care of me, it is sad that she cannot take care of me throughout the rest of my pregnancy lol I wouldn't have got through it all without her. The nurses, other specialists and receptionists have also been amazing over these years, everyone made me feel like I mattered. Thank you xx

Started my ivf treatment. The staff and nurses were lovely looking forward to seeing you all again nexted year. It worked after 3 attempts currently 11weeks And a special thanks to my Dr. Sarah wakeman. Thank you for all your support on my beautiful journey.

Amazing experience with Dr Sarah Wakeman! I wished she’s with me throughout the whole pregnancy journey—but it doesn’t work that way. Still, she’s made sure I feel supported and comfortable, especially during my first-ever surgery. The receptionists and nurses at the fertility clinic have been truly wonderful—kind, patient, and incredibly supportive. That means so much, especially during a time when not being able to get pregnant feels overwhelmingly sad. Their care has made a hard journey a little more bearable.

The last straw. With a lot of trying and everyone agreeing we’d make great parents, we reached out for help and got this referral. I wish we hadn’t seen Keryn. Her questions for public funding eligibility were over in a flash with a negative scoring result. Despite my bad test results on WHO criteria hence the GP referral this clinic have their own version. Keryn was blunt with my questions giving answers such as “all sperm look funny”. It appears and feels they are geared towards Woman and LGB+ community, the consult was heavily time weighted towards talking about my wife’s factors and selling non-funded treatments. I have a serious loss of trust, I’m too uncomfortable to return for my test.
