Having never been to a Dentist, I was apprehensive at first. The service provided by Daniel and his team was outstanding. Every step was explained, and the process straightforward.
I have had such a great experience with Smile Concepts and Daniel Du. Such a high level of care. I can’t recommend Daniel enough! Painless procedures with great communication and advice for future teeth health. Thank you all so much!
Daniel and the team at Smile Concepts were fantastic. I needed four difficult root canals, which he completed without issue. I barely felt a thing, in fact, I dozed off some of the time. The other dentist I initially went to for diagnosis and X-rays wasn’t confident enough to carry out the root canals, as she would have had to drill through zirconia caps and into small, crooked teeth. She referred me to a specialist endodontist for the procedures at more than twice the cost. I sent the results to Daniel for his opinion, and he said he was happy to perform the procedures. I can’t give high enough praise for his skill, professionalism, and warm, friendly, patient manner. I do hope i never have to see a dentist again, but if i do, Daniel will be my first call.
A Special shout out to this dental Practice and in particular Daniel. The way you helped a new client, the friendly family atmosphere of the practice was exceptional. But I can not be more thankful and impressed by the the proficiency of Daniel. Thank you
