Appalling behavior from receptionist this afternoon. Was dismissive and unhelpful when calling to book an appointment. There are ways to be professional and courteous on the phone, and this was way out of line.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation of the outstanding Surgical Skills of Dr Horwich. I had two procedures done to remove two different Skin Cancers. One located deep in the top my hand , the other on my face. In both areas the lesions were successfully removed and the scar line cannot be seen following completion of the healing process. I consider this to be an outstanding outcome. I would also like to express my appreciation to Dr Horwich of your caring and willingness to listen to my concerns for which I am most grateful. The nurse was kind and attentive in note taking. Not a lot of value added or alternative options from the Dr., just prescribed with the same medication I was on. Should have checked on costs beforehand as I would've stayed in the doctors office a bit longer to get my moneys worth at least

I had such a great experience with this practice. Dr. Jennifer Taylor was amazing. She took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions with patience.

The nurse I saw was very friendly and gave great service. I would recommend the doctor explain all costs prior to giving medication as I was given a medication that added $80 to the bill when there was a free, prescription option I could have had instead. I wasn’t told of the charge before agreeing to have the medication and only saw it on the bill afterwards. Overall I didn’t think much value was added over simply seeing my GP, particularly given the cost.
