Delighted with the customer experience being: analysis & assessment, pre 'surgery' engagement & walkthrough, the operation itself and the informative follow up sessions. I already discuss, advocate, and encourage family and friends as to the meaningful improvement in my quality of life. I willingly share the experience and impact on my day to day reading, driving, and visual well being. I consider the experience to be great value for money invested in the operation.
The team at Wellington eye clinic is amazing! I felt very cared for and looked after at each appointment. If you have ever thought about getting lazer I couldn't recommend them more. To the whole team thank you!! 😊
Having lived in several countries I sometimes find healthcare in NZ underwhelming but the Wellington Eye Centre is a definite exception. From the first phone call through to the final post-op checkup Dr. Logan and his team were thoroughly professional, patient and just genuinely nice. Throughout the treatment, I felt very reassured in my decision to get the SMILE surgery and go with this practice. 8 months on, I could not be happier. One of the best decisions of my life. If you’re reading this and sitting on the fence, please do go and see the WEC team for a free consultation, I could not recommend them any more highly.
Dear Team at WEC, Kris Nightingale here. Earlier in the year I came to see you for a consultation to see whether my eyes would meet the requirements to determine if they were fit for surgery or not. Having been told by my optometrist prior to this appointment that my eyesight was getting worse & modifications needed to be made to my contact lenses, I knew that the outcome from this consultation was either going to or not going to work in my favour… So I was prepared to rely on aided vision either way. After receiving feedback from you that, yes my eyes are healthy enough for me to have the SMILE Surgery, I couldn’t believe it! You have no idea how much my life has changed in the last couple of months! I can read books without relying on glasses or feeling dizzy, I can see road signs much more clearly, signs on walls in buildings I can see from further away & I work in a place where tasks at hand involve using a computer, which is much more comfortable to do my job. Then the realisation hit where I thought, ‘is this how people normally see?’ I think I’d forgotten what it was like to see without being shortsighted. So I would like to express deep thanks & much appreciation to Dr Andrew Logan & Team for their guidance & professionalism in helping me restore my vision. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!
