My partner saw Craig. He performed a cosmetic surgery on her nose and left her with a collapsed nostril. Refused to admit fault and failed to take honour ship and fix the mistake. Avoid at all costs!!!
Negligent surgeon, was pressured into using a different method of stitches which ultimately ended in infection despite expressing my concerns that this would occur. No care, accountability or even basic empathy or solutions from surgeon even after complications which lasted months. Incredibly poor experience.
I had a growth on my lower eyelid that I was very concerned about. My GP referred me to these guy's. Fantastic the way I was dealt with from all the staff involved. And the result was simply perfect. No scaring & after 3 weeks you wouldn't know that there was a growth there. My sincere thanks to Dr Charlotte Blau & practice nurse Lucy Brustad. Highly recommended.
